I haven't had the time to write anything on here in a few days because school has been super, super busy. This Finance class has really picked up. The good thing is, I am actually learning. I have also heard some very shocking news about my family so I had to let that soak in for a few days before I got back here on LJ.

On to the oil crisis! It is coming very, very, soon...I think the clock is down to about 10 hours or so now, which only means....be prepared. What for? I have no clue, but I have braced myself. I have told a lot of people about this entire mess, and a lot of them are interested. I still am having people IM me, asking for more information, that is very cool. Anyways, today should be an exciting day...BIG NEWS, so let's all be ready!

So today while I was on AIM I had about 4 random people IM me to send them more info on the oil crisis. I didn't know who they were...which is fantastic, obviously my plan to inform as many as I can is working. People have been reading my bulletins on myspace and even going further by posting the bulletin themselves. I couldn't be happier. Anyways, back to the people on AIM. I gave them a bunch of links to research, and also briefly filled them in on my position...stressing, "I am not here to shove these opinions down people's throats. These are facts."

Wow...today was a long day. I had a Finance exam earlier and I think I did well on it. It was a bit challenging do to all the different formulas and long story problems; speaking of problems...

I have been very busy posting bulletins on myspace about the oil shock and updating them frequently so they are at the top of the list. I also asked every friend on my "friends" list to post the same bulletin...and to my surprise a lot of them did just that. I am going to do the same thing every day until it hits..and maybe then some. The more people are aware, the better off we will be. I have also been thinking about making some flyers to wake Orlando up. I think I have been taking on the roll of the "informant" in this whole thing. Don't give me any more credit than the rest of the community though, they ALL have been doing a wonderful job as well. I have been walking or riding my bike to class each day instead of getting a ride with my neighbor as I did in the past...I can really feel this thing changing me. In a good way.

I also came across this interesting site today: http://www.lifeaftertheoilcrash.net/showmetheoil.html

Anyways...

Today I am tired. I did not sleep much because I was busy preparing for my midterm exams for college. I think I will do a good job on them though.
While talking with my girlfriend on the phone yesterday I came to a certain conclusion. Time just goes by so damn fast...and as cliche' as this may sound, have you really thought about it? Really dissected and analyzed it? Well I have. Each day only brings a new day, and I am left feeling as if I need to make a change of some sort. An impact to make me feel like I am doing something meaningful...to make a DIFFERENCE. Then and only then will it seem as if time has finally slowed down. Because I will bring value to the tick of the clock. Only then will time be on OUR side. Let's make a difference.

Besides that...I have also been busy preparing much for OUR global disaster, if that's what you want to call it. It seems as if more and more people each day are waking home. This is going to be a ride.

With OUR minds together, we can beat this....No is not an option, either is oxygen.
